Mammiyur Mahadeva Kshetram

It’s Lord Siva temple also known as Mammiyur Mahadeva Kshetram. Very near to Guruvayoorappan. a devote whose goes to Guruvayoor Temple is supposed to go to Mammiyoor temple also. This Siva temple is among the 108 Sivalayas in Kerala and belong to the five temples around Guruvayoor.

Thiruvenkidom Temple

This temple is for the Lord Venkateswara also called balaji. The same lord of Balaji at thirumala in Andhrapradesh worshipped here. Near to Railway station and it’s very easy to get darshan.

Parthasarathy Temple

This temple is dedicated to the lord Krishna as he is in the form Parthasarathy. The Sreekovil built in the form of a chariot with four horses in the front. Another interesting feature of this temple is a Navagraha Shrine which will usually see in the Siva Temples. .

Chowallur Siva Temple

An ancient Siva temple belongs to the 108 Sivalayasinkerala. Located at Chowallur three kilometers from guruvayoor in a peaceful area. This temple closes at 10.30 morning and open again at 5 in the evening

Vazhekavil Temple

Located in kandanissery very near to Chowallur here Devi in dual form as Kali and Durga. The main attractions are 27 different types of trees that related to the birth star, Tholpavakoothu(The shadow Puppet play) in February-March months.

HarikanyakaTemple

Located at Ariyanoor at distance of 5 kilometer from Guruvayoor this temple belong to the class of Mahakshethram(Greatest temples). It’s built by legendary ancient architect Perumthachan. This temple devoted to the Lord Vishnu as in the form of Kanyaka (Virgin). Hari-Mah
